Postage Within Australia
All parcels are sent via Australia Post. Postage is a flat rate regardless of how much you order. If you would like your order shipped with Express Post please contact us for a quote.
International Shipping
Yes we do ship internationally. However, we don't ship to all countries. If your country is not available for shipping and you wish to place an order please contact us.
Items are shipped via regular post without tracking. We cannot be held accountable for any parcels which are lost in transit or for any fees from customs. If you would like your order shipped with tracking, please contact us for a quote.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products being made to order, we currently cannot accept returns.
However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us within a week of receiving your order so that we can rectify the problem as soon as possible.
